Can I set this up without calling a tech?
Yes. Initial setup takes about 10 minutes and the system guides you step by step. If you get stuck, just message us, we reply during business hours.
What if I don't like it and want to leave?
No minimum term. Cancel right away from your account and export everything as CSV, orders, customers, inventory. Your data is yours.
Do I need a credit card to get started?
No. The Free plan requires no payment details. You only add a card when you want to upgrade.
Can I import my existing customers and products?
Yes. We support CSV import for both products and customers.
What's the limit on the Free plan?
The Free plan includes a full POS and online store, credit tabs, variants, up to 30 products, and 2 users. Need unlimited products, premium themes, or more team members? Upgrade anytime.
Is my store live immediately?
Yes. When you create your account you get an address at yourStore.taiq.app. Publish your products and start selling.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the Pro plan. Point your domain and we configure the SSL certificate automatically.
